About me:

My name is Anna Jäger-Hauer aka Linestyle Artwork. Born in 1982 in Brunswick (Germany), I have been a freelance illustrator and animator for around 20 years now, with a wide variety of activity. I live with my two children and my husband in a cozy little village between Cologne and Bonn.(Germany)

As an illustrator, I mainly work in the fantasy area. I have already been able to make a few illustrations for (tabletop) role-playing systems such as "Splittermond" and "Spherechild", have brought many characters onto digital paper, painted and designed book covers, realised CD artwork for some bands and supported many other projects with my creativity.

As an animator, I used to draw for a cartoon series called "Die Sendung mit der Maus"for german tv (WDR) for a long time, and now and then I still work as a freelance animator/motion designer for Westdeutscher Rundfunk and create explanatory videos and animated graphics for companies or publishers.

In my private life I am a big fan of fantasy-fiction. Especially I love the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, but I also have many other books, games, and films on my favorites list. I play table and live role-play and often tinker with my costumes. I use these also for photo shoots, which are purely a hobby. I also try my hand at sculpting every now and then.

When I'm not working or doing handicrafts for my hobbies, I spend my free time with my small family, who I love more than anything.
